If you wish to troubleshoot this yourself, then you can try using different cards or a different payment method like Paypal.
If you reschedule a live training before 7 days from the date of the training, you will be able to reschedule without any additional cost. If you reschedule when there are less than 7 days left in the start date of the training date, you will have to pay 10% of your cost. You can also get a 100% refund for live courses if you ask for a refund before 7 days from the date. For self-paced courses, you cannot get a refund. Also, if you share the courses with others, you also cannot get a refund.
You can enter your coupon code on the course checkout page and it will be automatically applied to the cart. It's that simple! There are 3 types of coupon codes we have for you. The first is a coupon code that applies throughout the cart as a percentage discount on the bottom line. The second coupon code is for one specific course. The last code applies when you buy courses If the course is sold as a bundle. Whatever the coupon code might be, it's a bargain! Enjoy the discount.

Managing Your Account

You can manage settings related to your account on your profile page. You can go to that page through the "Profile" link when you scroll up to the top of the page and then click on the "Settings" tab.
We try our best to provide valuable information to you through our emails. Please give us another chance to prove the worth of our messages. However, if you still wish to unsubscribe, you can do that from the link in the footer of our emails where it gives you the option to unsubscribe.
